Free seminar for caregivers, future caregivers & seniors. You are invited to attend this special lecture and workshop on “Humanitide” which is a technique used when caring for persons with dementia. Humanitide originated in France and is a technique developed with 40+ years of clinical studies. It is being taught and studied in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and several other counties in Europe, as well as in Canada, Japan, Thailand, and the U.S.. In 2012, Humanitude was first introduced in Japan. Training is being done for care professionals, nurses, and those caring for family members with dementia. This technique has been broadcast by NHK Dementia Campaign, Close-Up Today, and NHK special documentary. The November 17 event will include two lecturers from Japan. The presentation will be given in English and translated into Japanese. Please attend and bring your friends!
