It’s September and you know what that means? It’s time to CELEBRATE! Come celebrate the coming of the fall season at Wesley United Methodist Church’s 85th Aki Matsuri on Saturday, October 7, 11am-4pm in the heart of Japantown at 566 N. 5th Street.
Aki Matsuri translates to Autumn Festival, a traditional time in Japan to be thankful for a good harvest and pray for the well-being of each family in the community. Our Aki Matsuri celebrates a harvest of faith, a gift from God received through this church and community. Enjoy this neighborly and family-friendly gathering that offers something for everyone.
