WELCOMING THE STRANGER: Justice, Compassion & Truth in the Immigration Debate

A Five-Week Study, Sunday, 11:30am-1:00pm, Nichigo Library

Immigration is one of the most complicated issues of our time. Voices on all sides argue strongly for action and change. And Christians find themselves torn between the desire to uphold laws and the call to ministry to the vulnerable. Beginning July 16 Wesley offers a five-week book study on immigration. This study will offer various perspectives on the issue and also share stories of immigrants’ experiences in and out of the system.

Please join us and learn insights on how Christians and local churches should welcome and minister to our immigrant neighbors. Sign-ups are available in the Fellowship Hall. For more information, please contact Rev. David Ko (pastordavidko@gmail.com) or Jeffrey Oldham (Jeffrey.oldham@gmail.com).
