St. James Park Ministry - Jesus said, "The Kingdom of God is among you."
Luke 17:21 There were 4,063 homeless persons in San Jose in 2014, and St. James Park in downtown San Jose is a gathering place for many. On the last Sunday of each month, a Com(e)Passion Ministry team led by Michiko Collins and Yoko Motojima meets in the Chapel or Fellowship Hall at 11:30am to prepare lunches and then gathers with homeless friends at St. James Park for a picnic and a devotion time with worship songs and sharing of Holy Communion. You are invited to join us in preparing and sharing food and the Good News, making a difference by striving to build relationships and to create a community together at St. James Park. For more information, please contact Rev. Hajime <email@example.com> or Rev. David.
