Throughout the day, experience a variety of entertainment across three stages featuring our city's famous San Jose Taiko performers, and talented local youth and adults performing traditional and contemporary music and dance. The three stages are the Main Stage (along 5th Street), the Kids Zone Stage (along 6th Street), and the Indoor Stage (Sanctuary).

11:15 AM Chidori Band - Main Stage
The San Jose Chidori Band performs popular Japanese songs for the community in a variety of styles including enka, J-pop and Latin.
11:30 AM Get Down Dance Studio - Kids Zone Stage
The Get Down style incorporates boogaloo, hip hop, house, locking, popping, top-rocking and wacking with salsa, bachata and other popular Latin dances.
12:00 Noon Choral Cosmo - Indoor Stage
Cosmo sings many genres of music including sacred music, Broadway musicals, American standards, jazz and opera.
12:15 PM West Coast World Martial Arts - Kids Zone Stage
The Ernie Reyes' West Coast World Martial Arts Association is committed to create a better world built from a unique blend of old traditional and modern day martial arts training.
12:30 PM Wesley Jazz Ensemble - Main Stage
Primarily an instrumental musical group, the Band has a wide range of songs that can be identified by all age groups from youth to seniors.
1:00 PM Jake Shimada Ukulele - Kids Zone Stage
Jake is 12 years old and has been playing ukulele for 5-1/2 years. He plays with the Kapalakiko Hawaiian Band as a Junior Apprentice and with the Wesley Ukulele Band.
1:30 PM Halau Na Wai Ola - Main Stage
Halau Na Wai Ola is under the direction of Kau`i Isa-Kahaku and participates in several competitions, festivals and community events throughout the year. Their students range in age from three years to our kūpuna (elders).
2:00 PM Grant Elementary School - Kids Zone Stage
2:15 PM Wesley Ukulele Band - Main Stage
Aloha! The Wesley Ukulele Band performs at Aki Matsuri, Worship Services, Yu Ai Kai and other community events. We'd love to have you join us for music, fellowship and fun! We meet the second Sunday of every month at 1:00pm.
3:00 PM San Jose Taiko - Main Stage
Inspired by traditional Japanese drumming, SJT has broadened this historical art form into a style that joins traditional rhythms with other world and contemporary music, including African, Brazilian, Filipino, Latin, jazz and hip hop, bridging many styles.
