We continue the Easter Sunday tradition of the "Flowering of the Cross." You are invited to bring fresh cut flowers on Easter Sunday morning before 9am. Volunteers will mount the flowers on a wire cross which will be overlaid onto our large wooden cross in the Sanctuary. You of course may also help place your flowers to add to its beauty and fullness.
What flowers work best? Roses, carnations, daisies, or any flowers with stems at least 5 inch about 1/4 inch thick. Calla lilies and other flowers with large heads are difficult to stick into the wire mesh. Thank
