教会への道順

• 教会はサンノゼ日本町にあります。最寄の通りは、Jackson x 5th Streetになります。教会への地図はこちらをご覧下さい。

• 駐車場は、5th Streetに面した教会正面駐車場（但し、10時からの聖日礼拝の間のみ、75歳以上の方限定でご利用頂けます。）、6th Street側の教会裏にも大きな教会駐車場があります。また、6th Streetには、パブリックパーキングスペースが幾つもございますので、こちらもご利用ください（日曜日は駐車料金は無料です。）

教育館　ナーサリー、サンデースクールはこの建物で行われますす。教育館一階には、日語部図書室もあります。 フェローシップホール　フェローシップホールには、キッチン及び、ファイアーサイドルームが隣接しています。 サンクチュアリ　１０時からの英語部の主日礼拝と１１時半からの礼拝は、ここで行われます。 チャペル（日語部礼拝堂）８時半からの早朝礼拝及び、１０時からの日語部主日礼拝はこちらで行われます。

主任牧師：沢田吉野メリエレン　

Rev. Mariellen Sawada Yoshino

　

Rev. Mariellen Sawada Yoshino has been the senior pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church for 10 years. Previously she was the pastor of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Palo Alto and before that served churches in the Kansas East Conference.

　

Rev. Mariellen holds an AA in Sign language Interpreting, a BA from Davidson College (in North Carolina), a Masters of Divinity from St. Paul School of Theology and a Masters in Counseling from the University of San Francisco.

　

Rev. Mariellen loves serving the people of Wesley United Methodist Church, the Japantown Community and the California-Nevada Annual Conference.

日語部牧師：松下道成

Rev. Michinari Matsushita

 

Rev. Michinari Matsushita has been the Japanese language pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church since 2002. Prior to coming to Wesley he served the Tosa church and was the associate pastor of the Takanohara Church in Japan

He holds a Master of Theology from Doshisha University in Kyoto. 

　

Rev. Michinari enjoys playing baseball and cooking.

He loves his wife.  He loves the dog he left behind in Japan. Above all, he loves Wesley Church.

　

奈良県出身。同志社大学大学院神学研究科卒業。

日本基督教団土佐教会、高の原教会を経て 2002年7月にウェスレー教会に赴任。

教育担当牧師：山田宗枝

Rev. Motoe Yamada

Rev. Motoe Lucy Yamada holds a BA in International Relations with a Psychology minor from the University of Toledo, Ohio, a Masters in Educational Administration/Student Affairs Administration/Multicultural Education from Michigan State University, and a Masters of Divinity from the Pacific School of Religion/Graduate Theological Union.

She previously served as an associate pastor at Buena Vista United Methodist Church in Alameda before starting her appointment with Wesley United Methodist Church on July 1st of 2005.

"And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love." (1 COR 13:13)
