Your Help is Needed!

*If you are working with any food preparation, health codes require you to wear head covering (e.g. hachimaki) and gloves

Wednesday, September 16

- 6:00pm - *Clean chicken - bring head covering, cutting board and knife (kitchen shears are helpful)

Thursday, September 17

- 8:00am-5:00pm - *Make & package manju - bring head covering
- 1:00pm-5:00pm - *Cook sushi vegetables - bring head covering

Friday, September 18

- 11:30am - *General food prep - bring head covering, knife & cutting board
-  6:30pm -  *General food prep continues - bring head covering, knife & cutting board
                  Make flower bouquets

-  7:00pm-9:00pm - Build BBQ pit - bring work gloves
               -  *Turn chicken - bring head covering

Saturday, September 19 - Aki Matsuri Day!!!

- 12midnight - *Cook rice, wash pots

- 7:00am - *Make sushi - bring head covering, knife & cutting board

- 4:00pm - General Clean-up

• Plants (Please bring Aki Matsuri day)
  - C & H Sugar, Heinz white vinegar, Shoyu, Wine for marinade, canned Sodas - Regular Pepsi, Coke and 7-Up, Kingsford Charcoal, monetary donations (Please bring to church office by August 30)
• Handmade crafts, New and sellable white elephant items (Please bring by Sunday, August 30)
  
• Children's new, unwrapped prizes, toys (Please bring by Sunday, August 30)
