Wednesday, September 10

- 6:00pm-9:00pm - *Yakisoba prep - bring knife & cutting board

Thursday, September 11

- 9:00am-5:00pm - *Make & package manju

Friday, September 12

- beginning 9:00am - General food prep bring knife & cutting board

Saturday, September 13 - Aki Matsuri Day!!!

- 1am - *Cook rice, wash pots

- 7:00am - *Make sushi - bring knife, cutting board

- 4:00pm - Booth take-down, General Clean-up
